Hier wordt op wereldniveau getraind in het wedstrijdzwemmen voor sporters met een beperking. Het Paralympisch programma in Nederland behoort tot de absolute top wereldwijd en behaalt jaarlijks uitstekende resultaten op internationale wedstrijden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ontwikkeling van topzwemmers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Zwemmers met een beperking, die lid zijn van een KNZB-vereniging en beschikken over een nationale classificatie, krijgen de kans om zich te ontwikkelen tot topzwemmers. Dit gebeurt binnen de talentselecties van het para-zwemmen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Junioren-Jeugd Selectie:<\/strong> Zwemmers in deze selectie trainen \u00e9\u00e9n keer per twee weken in Amerena, als onderdeel van het verenigingsprogramma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>JCF Talenten Selectie:<\/strong> Talentvolle zwemmers trainen hier ongeveer vier keer per week in Amerena, gekoppeld aan het verenigingsprogramma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HPC (High Performance Centre):<\/strong> Dit is de nationale paralympische selectie, die een fulltime trainingsprogramma volgt in Amerena.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Topsportprogramma paralympisch<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het topsportprogramma Paralympisch richt zich voornamelijk op het leveren van\u00a0 topprestaties op de Europese Kampioenschappen, Wereldkampioenschappen en Paralympische Spelen.
