Maar vergis je niet! Het is geschikt voor vrijwel iedereen boven de 16 jaar. Of je nou gezellig samen wil sporten of echt doelgericht wil werken aan je perfecte lichaam. Iedereen is welkom.<\/p>\n<p>Maar Aquafit is ook\u00a0 geschikt voor mensen met blessures (knie-, enkel- en heupblessures). De dragende kracht van water zorgt ervoor dat je gewrichten namelijk nauwelijks tot niet worden belast.<\/p>\n<p>Ook niveau maakt niet uit. Beginner of iemand die het al jaren doet.
